This is a highly dumbed down list of his major abilities:

-Unparalleled Martial Skill: Dark Link is skilled with the use of a two-handed sword, a sword and shield, a one handed sword (all European styles), knives, bombs, bows (preferably normal or short, but he could use a long-bow too), sling-shots, war-hammers, an a spring-loaded weapon called a hook-shot. By skilled, this also means he has a battle-born speed and toughness long beyond that or most men.

-A Shadow-Body: The benefit of this is two-fold. He can transform a part of himself into all the various weapons or shields in his arsenal, and if he is ever beaten to the point of physical submission (by anything except Link or the power of Light) he assumes his true form, which is not physical - it is akin to a living shadow, and can only be harmed by mental attacks or magical ones.

-The stolen blessing of Farore, Black Wind: This is a green crystal which, when crushed by him (it constantly is replenished too) it gives him the ability to teleport anywhere, so long as he has the place or person in mind. In theory he could use this in combat, but he doesn't like to take up a hand with constantly reaching into his clothes to grab the crystal. It also is somewhat awkward with warping anything except long distances. [Note that this uses mana, or his magical power]

-The stolen blessing of Din, Black Fire: This works with a red crystal much the same as Black Wind, exploding out black flames where it impacts. This fire can burn anything and will not be put out by any mundane means, however it will go out my itself quote naturally in time. This is perhaps one of the deadliest weapons in his arsenal, and of the three blessings, he likes this one the most. [Note that this uses mana, or his magical power]

-The stolen blessing of Nayru, Black Hatred: This works with a blue crystal akin to the other two blessings. However, Dark Link hates relying on this one. When the crystal is crushed, a completely invincible barrier envelops the user for about five seconds. Unlike the other two, this one can't be used as readily, needing anywhere between thirty seconds and five minutes to re-charge depending on how much damage it sustained for the user. [Note that this uses mana, or his magical power]

-Fire Arrows: From his bow he can, at will, apply the element of fire to his arrows. This will cause them to put a (mundane) flame on anything they hit, and causes additional pain to beings particularly adverse to fire. [Note that this uses mana, or his magical power]

-Ice Arrows: From his bow he can, at will, apply the element of ice to his arrows. This will cause them to put a (mundane) frost on anything they hit, and causes additional pain to beings particularly adverse to ice or cold. [Note that this uses mana, or his magical power]

-Dark Arrows: From his bow he can, at will, apply a bit of his own essence (shadow/darkness) to his arrows. This will cause them to put a highly concentrated aura of pure malice and darkness, which will eat away at any living or magical essence bar that of darkness itself. [Note that this uses mana, or his magical power]

-Mirror Shield: While Dark Link can manifest a normal shield, he can also manifest a mirror shield. The mirror shield is basically useless in terms of defending against physical attacks, but it can deflect any energy or spiritual based attack and shoot it back at the one who used it. This, as an item on his person, does not use any of his mana bar the coast of manifestation.

-Ebony Gauntlets: These gauntlets increase his already significant strength more than an hundredfold, making him more than able to shatter steel or stone with his bare hands, and able to lift an upwards of two tons with relative ease. Note that this only applies to when he activates the gauntlets, and only aides a little into the power of the blows from his sword, as to not over-exert the blade.

-Megaton Hammer: The war-hammer which Dark Link can manifest is made of a super-heavy metal alloy and weighs in at about three tons - making it a horrifyingly powerful (if very slow) weapon. The weight of this weapon is such that even with his gauntlets Dark Link is forced to use two hands to wield it.

-Superior Senses: Due to a combination of his heritage, being darkness, and having been a warrior for his entire existence, Dark Link has a superior sense of smell, sight, and particularly hearing. His hearing is very, very acute. He also has something of a sixth sense in relation to things potentially dangerous or "fun" to him.

-Dark Master Sword: The Master Sword has the ability to 'banish evil' and otherwise works better against evil beings or beings aligned on a basic level with evil or darkness. Similarly, Dark Link's black copy of the Master Sword (Link's primary weapon) has the opposite effect - it is particularly strong against noble or good beings, and causes additional damage to beings aligned with the Light on a basic level.

And perhaps most important, and most vague, is his Inverse Triforce.
See, in Hyrule, there is an all-powerful item called the Triforce, with the power to do -anything- - be it bend times, shift spaces, change reality, remake the world, destroy the word, raise the dead, -anything-. However, a factor of that power is inherited to three people at any given time. the various Zeldas of Hyrule inherit the Triforce of Wisdom, Ganon always has had the Triforce of Power and the various Links inherit the Triforce of Wisdom.

Shown here is the full Triforce. The top Triangle is Power, and counter-clockwise order from that is Wisdom followed by Courage. To the bearers of these traits are certain extra-ordinary blessings, and when going on overdrive (or when reacting to another heir of a piece of the Triforce) the image of the Triforce will appear on the heir's hand, with their respective triangle glowing yellow.

Dark Link, as the antithesis of Link, has a Triforce blessing as well, of course - an inverse blessing. the center part (the upside-down triangle created by the larger union) on his left hand will glow black when activated, and represents his power. This blessing more or less will grant a wish based on his will. Usually, he will just use it to defend his mind, but it can in theory be used for pretty much anything. Note that it is always in work passively (making him stronger or faster or stronger or more cunning or have more mana as his instinctively wishes for it). However, he can also activate it on a knowing level, which makes the triangle instantly glow with a black light. This will grant his wish in the highest form for a very short time. For example, if he willed it, Dark Link could move at the speed of sound for all of about ten seconds using this.
